And, on Friday, January 5th at the BOSS Loft, NJ that’s just what happened. It was an extraordinary day filled with lessons, laughter, and so much love.
This wasn't just any event—it was the Blossom & Thrive BlackBOSS Mixer, an experience where women entrepreneurs from different walks of life, and backgrounds came together. And guess what? It was nothing short of incredible!
Imagine walking into a room filled with the vibrant energy of powerful, confident women. Their smiles and warmth immediately made you feel at home. The air buzzed with anticipation as these entrepreneurs, decked out in stylish outfits, shared their journeys, challenges, and most importantly, their successes.
Throughout the evening, our expert guest speaker, Dana Davis, shared GEMS that made each of our guest feel like they hit the jackpot . She talked about the top five leadership skills (Communication, The Ability To Motivate Others, Emotional Intelligance, Adaptibility, and Networking) entrepreneurs should have to thrive in business. starting businesses, overcoming obstacles, and creating change in their communities. It was like getting a crash course in life lessons from real-life superheroes!
But it wasn't just about serious talks and business tips. Oh no, there was so much celebration! Women were cheered on for their achievements—big or small.
